Refund and cancellation policy
Rules for deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds on Glow Routebase reporting engagements.
Eligibility overview
Refunds depend on how much work has begun and whether a deposit reserved calendar time. Engagements are professional services, not physical goods.
Deposits
A 40% deposit confirms scheduling for reporting engagements, visualization packs, metrics review sessions, and custom briefs. Deposits are applied to the final invoice.
Full refund
If Glow Routebase cancels an engagement before work begins, you receive a full refund of amounts paid. If you cancel in writing more than ten business days before the agreed kickoff and no discovery work has started, the deposit is refunded in full.
Partial refund
If you cancel after discovery or draft work has started, we refund the unused portion of fees after deducting time already spent at the agreed rate, documented in a short statement. Completed milestones such as a delivered draft pack are non-refundable.
Non-refundable items
- Completed final packs and briefs already delivered
- Facilitated metrics review sessions that have already taken place
- Third-party room hire or printing costs purchased at your request
Timeframe to request
Submit refund requests within fourteen days of cancellation or of the event that grounds the request. Write to hello@glow-routebase.click with the engagement name and payment reference.
Refund process and method
Approved refunds return through the original payment method when possible. Processing typically takes five to ten business days after approval, depending on your bank.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You may reschedule once without charge if you give at least five business days’ notice before a session or on-site workshop. Later changes may incur a rescheduling fee of ฿3,500 to cover calendar impact. Repeated no-shows for confirmed review calls may forfeit the deposit for that session.
No-shows
If your participants do not attend a confirmed metrics review session without notice, the session fee is charged and no refund applies. We will offer one courtesy rebook within thirty days when capacity allows, at our discretion.
Work already started
Once extracts have been reviewed and draft charts begun, fees reflect progress. We provide an itemized progress note if a mid-engagement stop is requested.
Purchased materials
Printed board packs or courier fees ordered at your request are billed at cost and are non-refundable once ordered.
Exceptions
