The official registered business name is Glow Routebase Co., Ltd.. The practice was established in 2017 in Khlong San, Bangkok, after years of supporting HR directors who inherited noisy headcount decks and conflicting attrition definitions.
Early work focused on Thai subsidiaries preparing quarterly packs for regional EXCO. Over time the practice settled into a clear offer: finished reporting engagements rather than software implementations. Clients still ask for calm visuals, agreed metric definitions, and narrative they can read aloud without rewriting.
How we approach the work
We begin with definitions. Voluntary exit, headcount on payroll, approved vacancies, and planned roles often share the same slide labels until someone asks. Aligning those words early prevents leadership debates that waste the meeting.
Then we shape visuals around one question at a time. Tenure bands, site comparisons, and hiring pace each earn their own frame. Appendices hold the rest so the main pack stays readable under time pressure.
We work on-site along Charoennakorn when teams prefer a shared table, and remotely when extracts and review calls are enough. Either way, the deliverable is a finished pack — PDF and slides — owned by your people team.
